Order Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We DO NOT take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If a mistake is made, email or call us immediately to correct the details of your order at contactus@rqqwear.com or 833-705-9055.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
When will my order ship?
All orders that are in stock will ship within 7-10 business days once order is approved. Chenille orders are custom and can take 14-21 business days for processing before product is shipped.
This DOES NOT include pre-orders.
Orders are not shipped on holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my custom apparel?
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY!!

EXCHANGES can be made for
UNWORN AND UNWASHED CLOTHING within
(5) days after you've received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in
SELLABLE condition (smoke free, unworn, no stains, etc.) Or we
WILL NOT accept it!
Here are our Guidelines for Exchanges:
The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return items.
The seller will be responsible for shipping cost associated with shipping the exchange.

What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the U.S. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and modifications are no longer possible.
